He played a key role in establishing employment of millions of Bangladeshi workers worldwide. He founded two renowned companies enlisted in Dhaka Stock Exchange. He was the founding Vice-Chairman of Premier Bank and a founding director of Samorita Hospital. He founded industries such as synthetic shoe factory, PPR/CPVC pipe factory, GCC approved diagnostics center and many charitable organizations.
